How to Be Happy & Fight Negative People

 Everybody wants to be happy and indeed there are so many reasons for one to feel joy. However, as ironic as it may seem, happiness seems to be so elusive for many. There are days when it is just so tempting to wallow in self pity and despair. Various factors can cause unhappiness – the situations we are in, the people in our lives etc.


Negativity (negative thoughts, negative people) is so real that it can fill our daily lives. If one is not careful, you may find yourself being swallowed away by these dark and destructive emotions.
But to be wise and happy, you should not let all the negativity put you down. To be really happy, we should cultivate the happiness inside ourselves, not on external and material things.

One can also find it easy to stay happy by thinking of the people who are dear to us, just like what this wonderful poem that I found says:

 “Think of Those Who Love You"
If someone should hurt you
and say a thing unkind...
Remember what I write to you
and keep these thoughts in mind.

For everyone who makes you cry,
there are three to make you smile...
And a smile will last a long, long time,
but a tear just a little while.

Don't let someone who hates the world
cause you to hate it too...
